Danielle Rodriguez | Personal Manager
I'm a personal manager with experience in the music industry, specializing in genres such as hip hop, alternative pop, indie, folk, and lofi. Since 2017, I've had the privilege of working on high-profile events and concerts, such as Indie Rocks in Mexico City with an independent band, and at major venues like Pepsi Center and Lunario. My passion for music grew when I started helping my brother's band by organizing their first out-of-state show, which led to a mini tour. It was then that I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to the industry.
What motivates me deeply is the power of connecting people through music and how one song can bring together individuals from different parts of the world, sharing unique perspectives yet united by the same emotion. I also love being part of the team behind the artist. It’s a world that many don’t know about, and I find it fascinating. My goal is to inspire more young girls who want to pursue this path and show them that there are many opportunities behind the scenes. Over the years, I've worked in various areas of production, event organization, and logistics, where I've learned the importance of being organized, responsible, committed, and exercising leadership in projects.
Now, as part of Women in Music Canada, I aim to expand my network and continue learning from other women in the industry. I firmly believe that the future of music is female, and my goal is to further develop my skills, particularly in music marketing, to contribute to the growth of the industry in Canada and continue supporting emerging artists. I am also open to work opportunities in Canada and eager to start new professional ventures in the music industry here.
